I’ve updated the policy specifically for cityride.shop. I also added a section for Damaged/Wrong Items, which is pretty essential for a shop with "ride" in the name, as customers will want to know they’re covered if a part arrives dinged up.


Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address]. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and cityride.shop will cover all return shipping costs in these instances.

4. Shipping for Standard Returns

For "change of mind" returns:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that show signs of installation or wear.
